I don’t know about you but I am super excited for the month of June. I feel this month is going to bring a lot of awesome changes and positivity. The month of May was a slow one for me and I am ready for some momentum in my life personally and professionally. Another thing that has come to the forefront for me is really getting out of my comfort zone when it comes to my business. You guy are going to see more of me on Instagram. I have learned that you do not need to have everything perfect when you take the leap as long as you stay tethered to who you truly are. Here are 5 changes that I will be making for myself in the month of June 2017.
1. Make self-care a priority
2. Say no to others and yes to myself
3. Put lots of love and content into my blog
4. Schedule 5 new client email coaching sessions
5. Cut back on sugar intake
