Vanilla Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Each week I’m going to post about a smoothie that I am trying. I am on a journey to eat more nutritious food and thought it would be fun to share them with you. This week I have made a simple Vanilla Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Items needed

½ cup blueberries

½ banana

½ scoop of vanilla protein powder ( I use It Works Shake protein powder in creamy vanilla)

1 cup ice

½ to 1 cup water or almond milk

Put all ingredients into the blender and enjoy

The It Works Shake powder is the first one I tried so far that doesn’t hurt my stomach and tastes great.
